I Still Love

exhibition at Padiglione d’Arte Contemporanea (PAC), Milan

(October - November 2010)

curated by Francesca Alfano Miglietti (FAM), exhibition design by Fabio Novembre

about:

PAC [Padiglione d’Arte Contemporanea di Milano] presents, for the first time in an Italian public exhibition space, an exhibition dedicated to the brave and eclectic artist, Franko B, international star of the Live Art scene who has for years expressed the torment of existence with intensity and inventive genius, making the unbearable bearable in his works.

The spectacular actions with which Franko B meets the public using his body as a tool which is used as a canvas, sick or helpless, cut, washed, stretched or folded from suffering, violated, humiliated, naked or covered, the artist’s body becomes the social body that eliminates any separation between work and artist, subject and object, art and life.
