The Golden Age

Exhibition curated by Martina Cavallarin at LipanjePuntin Artecontemporanea [Rome, Italy]

(September - October 2008)

press release:

LipanjePuntin Artecontemporanea Rome is pleased to present The Golden Age, a solo exhibition of Franko B (1960, Milan), which represents an important and significant confirmation of the new path of linguistic research expressive of the Anglo-Italian artist.

The Golden Age presents at its centre a sculpture / installation and a series of ten paintings that close the loop called The Black Period. The roundabout made of gold chromated aluminium is symbolic of a reality seemingly playful and serene.
